Use of Our Community Room
We require a $25 per use fee to book and event in our Community Room and proof of company or organizational liabilty insurance.  In the case of a private individual booking the space, a returnable deposit of $100 or more may be required in lieu of insurance proof.  The Community Room may be used for approved commerical or private party purposes during regular mall hours for an unlimited time during the booking day as long as an event doesn't conflict with a previously booked Community Room event.
